Political Technology Associate
$75k – $95k1.5% – 4.5% equityFull-time
Threshold is hiring a full-time Political Technology Associate to help keep our operations running smoothly as we bring on new clients. The ideal candidate is excited about Democratic politics and AI. Coding or database experience is a plus but not a requirement.
What You’d Do
•Get new campaigns up and running by collecting their materials, setting up their accounts, making sure everything looks right before they go live
•Test the app constantly across web and iPhone — if something looks weird, feels wrong, or flat out doesn’t work, you find it and flag it
•Help manage the app store pages, Google accounts, admin settings, all the stuff that needs to stay updated
•Write copy for emails, one-pagers, social posts, whatever we need to get the product in front of campaigns
•Be the first person clients talk to when they have a question or something isn’t working
•Use AI tools to track down problems and propose solutions
Who This Is For
Someone Who:
•Has been a field organizer or equivalent on a political campaign
•Picks up new tools fast and is great with technology
•Is excellent with AI prompt drafting and has an interest in AI
•Is extremely reliable and detail oriented (more important than experience)
•Can be available at odd hours and when clients need them
•Wants to be at the cutting edge of political tech
